Intense straw yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of quince, plum and almond followed by aromas of hawthorn, bread crust, grapefruit, bergamot, pear jam, linden, walnut husk, honey, croissant, rosemary, butter and flint.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Very persistent finish with flavors of plum, quince and almond.

Aged in steel tanks.


Alcohol: 11.5%

Stuffed pasta with fish, Roasted white meat, Roasted fish, Mushroom soups, Cheese
