This wine shows a deep straw yellow color with nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals good aromas of wood and vanilla followed by ripe banana, coffee, yeast, ripe apple, grapefruit and toasted. The mouth has a good correspondence to the nose and the attack is characterized by a flavor of wood which also let other flavors to express. The wine is intense, crisp and balanced, having good body. The finish is persistent with pleasing flavors of ripe apple and ripe banana and hints of vanilla and toasted. This wine is produced by fermenting the must in barrique and aged for 9-10 months.
