Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
This wine shows a brilliant cherry pink color and nuances of cherry pink,
very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The
nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with
hints of strawberry, cherry and raspberry followed by aromas of cyclamen,
yeast, blueberry, blackberry, toasted bread and plum. In the mouth has
good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however
balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with
flavors of strawberry, cherry and raspberry. This Franciacorta ages on its
lees for at least 37 months followed by 2-3 months of aging in bottle.
