Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
This Franciacorta shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of
golden yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent
perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas
which start with hints of banana, apple and bread crust followed by aromas
of yeast, chamomile, brioche, litchi, hazelnut and plum. In the mouth has
good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however
well balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of banana, apple and plum. This Franciacorta ages
of its lees for at least 36 months followed by 2-3 months of aging in
bottle.
