This Champagne shows a brilliant salmon pink color and nuances of salmon
pink, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage.
The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which
start with hints of raspberry, cherry and yeast followed by aromas of
tangerine, banana, brioche, butter, bread crust, hazelnut, dried rose,
orange peel and hints of cinnamon. In the mouth has good correspondence to
the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however well balanced, good
body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of
raspberry, cherry and tangerine. A well made Champagne. Grande Sendrée Rosé
is produced with the bleeding technique (saignée).
