Fiano di Avellino Radici 2001
Mastroberardino (Italy)
Fiano di Avellino (Campania)
The wine shows a straw yellow color, very transparent. The nose denotes aromas
mainly of fruit, such as apple, green apple, hazelnut and almond followed by
aromas of hawthorn, honey and thyme. In mouth is intense with pretty good
correspondence to the nose, however balanced, with good crispness balanced
by alcohol. The finish is persistent with hints of thyme and apple as well as
honey. This wine is fermented in barrique and aged in bottle for 3-4 months.
