Sannio Fiano Gradualis 2003
Torre Gaia (Italy)
Sannio (Campania)
The wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow,
very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that
start with hints of pear, apple and broom followed by aromas of pineapple,
hawthorn, peach and plum. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose,
a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors.
The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and plum. This wine
ages in steel tanks.
