The wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, persistent perlage. The nose reveals clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of apple, grapefruit and yeast followed by aromas of hawthorn, banana, bread crust and pear. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and grapefruit. This Franciacorta ages in bottle on its lees for 24 months.
