This Franciacorta shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of banana and yeast followed by aromas of acacia, hawthorn, apple, plum and bread crust. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple and plum. This Franciacorta ages in bottle on its lees for 24 months.
