Alto Adige (Alto Adige) This wine shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of black cherry, plum and blueberry followed by aromas of black currant, violet, licorice, toasted wood, vanilla and hints of bell pepper, eucalyptus, cocoa and clove. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however well balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and blueberry. A well made wine. This Cabernet Sauvignon ages for 12 months in barrique.

Alcohol: 13%

Game, Roasted meat, Braised and stewed meat, Hard cheese

Alto Adige (Alto Adige) This wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with the typical aromatic hints of the grape, peach and litchi followed by aromas of pineapple, broom, apple, pear, grapefruit, yellow rose, sage and hints of elder and star anise. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and slightly alcoholic attack however balanced, good body, intense flavors, good roundness, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, litchi and pear.

Alcohol: 15%

Pasta with mushrooms and fish, Roasted fish, Crustaceans, Roasted white meat

Alto Adige (Alto Adige) The wine shows a deep ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing, elegant and refined aromas which start with hints of black cherry and blueberry followed by good aromas of raspberry, cyclamen, blackberry, plum, violet, vanilla, licorice and pleasing hints of cocoa and coriander. In the mouth has very good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however well balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with good flavors of black cherry, plum and blackberry. A well made wine. This Lagrein ages for one year in barrique.

Alcohol: 13.5%

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic and slightly crisp attack however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry and plum. This wine ages for 12 months in barrique.
