(Campania) The wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of pear, apple and almond followed by aromas of hawthorn, pineapple, broom and hints of vanilla. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of pineapple, apple and almond. Fiagre ages in barrique for six months.

Alcohol: 13%

Fried fish, Crustaceans, Sauteed fish, Pasta and risotto with fish

Fiano di Avellino (Campania) This wine shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of plum, hazelnut and walnut-husk followed by aromas of pineapple, hawthorn, almond, apple, toasted wood and pleasing hints of fennel and lavender. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, very agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pineapple, plum and apple. A well made wine. Bechar ages in barrique for six months.

The nose denotes good personality with intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of plum and apple followed by good aromas of orange, hawthorn, broom, litchi, hazelnut, pear, ripe peach and pleasing hints of lavender. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however well balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, apple and pear. A well made wine. Devon ages in cask for 3-4 months.

The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of plum, black cherry and blueberry followed by aromas of cyclamen, carob, licorice, violet, vanilla and hints of black pepper. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, blueberry and plum. Salae Domini ages in barrique for 12-18 months.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Roasted meat, Broiled meat and barbecue, Game, Hard cheese, Braised and stewed meat

Taurasi (Campania) This Taurasi shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose reveals personality with intense, clean, pleasing, elegant and refined aromas that start with good hints of blackberry, black cherry macerated in alcohol and violet followed by intense aromas of blueberry, plum, tobacco, licorice, vanilla, chocolate and pleasing hints of cinnamon, clove and menthol. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however well balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, powerful. The finish is very persistent with long and intense flavors of blackberry, black cherry and plum. A great wine. This Taurasi ages in barrique for 12-18 months followed by 18 months of aging in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.5%

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry and plum. Taurì ages in barrique for 8-12 months.
