Franciacorta (Lombardy) This Franciacorta Brut shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The node denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of banana, hazelnut and apple followed by aromas of yeast, bread crust, acacia, pear, plum, hawthorn and butter. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, hazelnut and apple. This Franciacorta Brut referments in bottle for at least 30 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Pasta with fish and crustaceans, Sauteed fish, Sauteed white meat

Franciacorta (Lombardy) Franciacorta Cuvette Brut shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of banana, pear and tangerine followed by aromas of bread crust, yeast, acacia, hawthorn, apple, hazelnut, plum, broom, butter and hints of vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, apple and plum. A well made wine. Franciacorta Cuvette Brut referments in bottle for at least 42 months.

Franciacorta (Lombardy) This Franciacorta shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, good perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of bread crust, yeast and hazelnut followed by aromas of pineapple, hawthorn, banana, broom, hazelnut, grapefruit and hints of butter. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness with hints of sweetness, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of grapefruit, pineapple and apple. The base wine for this Franciacorta is partially aged in barrique and after the refermentation it ages on its lees for at least 36 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pineapple and plum. The base wine of this Franciacorta is partially aged in cask and after refermentation it ages on its lees for at least 30 months.

Curtefranca o Terre di Franciacorta (Lombardy) The wine shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of plum, black cherry and blackberry followed by aromas of raspberry, licorice, violet, vanilla and hints of black pepper. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum and black cherry. This wine ages in barrique for 12 months followed by 12 months of aging in bottle.
