Franciacorta (Lombardy) This Franciacorta shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of banana, apple and bread crust followed by aromas of yeast, chamomile, brioche, litchi, hazelnut and plum. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however well balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, apple and plum. This Franciacorta ages of its lees for at least 36 months followed by 2-3 months of aging in bottle.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Franciacorta (Lombardy) This wine shows a brilliant cherry pink color and nuances of cherry pink, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of strawberry, cherry and raspberry followed by aromas of cyclamen, yeast, blueberry, blackberry, toasted bread and plum. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of strawberry, cherry and raspberry. This Franciacorta ages on its lees for at least 37 months followed by 2-3 months of aging in bottle.

The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of pear and apple followed by aromas of yeast, hawthorn, broom, acacia, pineapple, toasted bread, hazelnut and grapefruit. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however well balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple and pear. This Franciacorta ages on its lees for at least 37 months and ages in bottle for 2-3 months.

This wine ages for 6 months in steel tanks.

This wine ages in cask.

The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of black cherry, plum and black currant followed by aromas of blackberry, violet, vanilla, licorice and hints of mace. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and pleasing crispness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry and plum. This wine ages in cask for 12-18 months followed by 6-12 months of aging in bottle.
