The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry and blueberry.

Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling grapes used for the production of this wine are fermented and aged in barrique whereas the rest in steel tanks.

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of blueberry, raspberry and black cherry. A well made wine. Mascarpine ages in cask for at least 12 months followed by an aging in bottle of at least 6 months.

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack, however balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apricot jam and peach jam. Monastero ages in cask for 12 months followed by 6 months of aging in bottle.
