In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of blackberry, black cherry and plum. This wine ages for 12 months in barrique.

Moscato di Pantelleria (Sicily) The wine shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of grape, candied fruit and dried apricot followed by aromas of almond, dried fig, ripe banana and peach. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and smooth attack however balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of grape, ripe banana and dried apricot. This wine ages for two months in bottle.

Alcohol: 15%

The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of raisin and fig jam followed by aromas of caramel, peach jam, orange marmalade, honey and vanilla. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of fig jam, peach jam and caramel. This wine ages in steel tanks for one year and for two months in bottle.

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and pleasing roundness, however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and blueberry. A well made wine. Tripudium is aged for 12 months in barrique.
