Franciacorta (Lombardy) This sparkling wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of plum, grapefruit and bread crust followed by aromas of acacia, banana, yeast, litchi, pear and hazelnut. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack with pleasing smoothness, however balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, grapefruit and pear. This Franciacorta ages for at least 24 months on lees.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Fried fish, Broiled fish, Pasta and risotto with fish and crustaceans

The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, plum and bread crust followed by aromas of banana, pear, grapefruit, hawthorn and yeast. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, banana and grapefruit. Franciacorta Brut Blanc de Blancs referments in bottle on its lees for at least 24 months.

Franciacorta (Lombardy) This Franciacorta shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing and elegant aromas which start with hints of yeast, grapefruit and citrus fruit peel followed by aromas of hawthorn, banana, bread crust, apple, hazelnut, praline and plum. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack with pleasing roundness, however balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, grapefruit and banana. A small part of the cuvée ferments and ages in barrique. This Franciacorta ages for at least 36 months on lees.

The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of banana, praline and bread crust followed by aromas of apple, yeast, brioche, honey, pear, citrus fruit peel, vanilla and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, apple and praline. A small part of the base wine ferments in barrique. Franciacorta Pas Dosé Récemment Dégorgé referments in bottle on its lees for at least 48 months.

The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, grapefruit and hazelnut. A well made Franciacorta. Part of the cuvée ferments and ages in barrique. This Franciacorta ages for at least 36 months on lees.

This wine ages in steel tanks.

The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of cherry, raspberry and plum followed by aromas of strawberry, cyclamen, tobacco and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and pleasing crispness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum. Terre di Franciacorta Rosso ages for about 12 months in cask.
