White Wine White Wine Score: ✧✧✧

(Sardinia) This wine shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of peach and pear followed by aromas of toasted, vanilla, plum, pineapple, hawthorn and broom. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and appreciable smoothness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, plum and pear. Boghes ages in cask for 7-8 months.

Alcohol: 14%

Roasted fish, Broiled fish, Roasted white meat, Fish and mushrooms soups

(Sardinia) The wine shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of cherry and plum followed by aromas of cyclamen, raspberry, pomegranate, blackberry, vanilla and toffee. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and pleasing crispness, however well balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum. Part of this wine ages for 6 months in barrique.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Broiled meat and barbecue, Sauteed meat, Stewed meat

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and blueberry. Part of this Cannonau ages for 6 months in barrique.

(Sardinia) This wine shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of cherry and raspberry followed by aromas of blueberry, plum, cyclamen, black currant, violet, tobacco and vanilla. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, cherry and raspberry. A well made wine. Luzzana ages for 8-12 months in barrique followed by an aging in bottle of 4 months.

The nose denotes clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of hawthorn and apple followed by aromas of pear, broom, plum and mineral. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of apple and plum. Pigalva ages in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13%

Aperitifs, Pasta and risotto with fish and crustaceans, Sauteed fish

The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of pear, hawthorn and apple followed by aromas of pineapple, orange, broom, litchi, almond and peach. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however well balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, peach and orange. A well made wine. A small part of the must used for the production of Tuvaoes ferments in barrique.

Alcohol: 13.5%
