(Trentino) This wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of pear and pineapple followed by aromas of acacia, banana, hawthorn, broom, apple and peach. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, pineapple and apple.

Alcohol: 12%

Aperitifs, Fish and crustaceans appetizers, Pasta and risotto with vegetables and crustaceans

(Trentino) This sparkling wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and bread crust followed by aromas of pineapple, banana, acacia, hawthorn, yeast, hazelnut and grapefruit. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, pleasing roundness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, plum and apple. This sparkling wine ages for 5-8 months on its lees.

Alcohol: 12%

The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of raspberry, cherry and strawberry followed by aromas of bread crust, banana, yeast, pear, rose and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of raspberry, strawberry and cherry. Part of the base wine used for this Talento ages in cask. It ages for 36 months on its lees.

Refermented in bottle on its lees for at least 24 months.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and bread crust followed by aromas of dog rose, strawberry, tangerine, plum, pink grapefruit, blueberry, apple and marzipan.

Crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and strawberry.

The base wine ages for 8 months in steel tanks. Refermented in bottle on its lees for at least 60 months.

Crisp an effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Very persistent finish with long flavors of banana, plum and grapefruit.

The base wine ages in cask. Refermented in bottle on its lees for 90 months.
