There can be perceived intense aromas of cocoa, cinchona, black cherry jam, leather, licorice, plum, rhubarb, violet, vanilla and a hint of toasted. The mouth denotes a good correspondence to the nose, a slightly alcoholic attack however well balanced by tannins. The finish is persistent with pleasing flavors of black cherry jam and plum. A great wine. This Amarone is ages for 2 years in casks and for 6 months in bottle.

There can be perceived intense and good aromas of cocoa, carob, black cherry jam, raspberry jam, plum jam, leather, licorice, vanilla and violet. The mouth denotes an alcoholic and tannic attack however well balanced and with an excellent correspondence to the nose. A full bodied wine with very intense flavors. The finish is very persistent and long with clean and pleasing flavors of black cherry jam, plum and cocoa. A magnificent wine. This Amarone is aged in barrique for 2 years and for 6 months in bottle.

(Veneto) This wine shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals an olfactory profile mainly of fruit with good and intense aromas of black cherry, blueberry, blackberry, plum, vanilla and violet. In the mouth is very balanced and agreeable, good correspondence to the nose and good body, pleasing tannins well balanced by alcohol. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, blackberry and plum. This wine is produced with the classic technique of "ripasso" which consists in macerating Amarone's skins in Valpolicella classico wine after it has been decanted in march. The wine is aged for 2 years in cask and for 6 months in bottle.
