Barbaresco (Piedmont) The wine shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of brick red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of cherry, plum and raspberry followed by aromas of violet, vanilla, tobacco, licorice, cinnamon, cocoa, mace and menthol. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and pleasing crispness, however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, plum and raspberry. Barbaresco Vigna Borgese ages for 24 months in cask followed by 6 months of aging in bottle.

Alcohol: 14.5%

Barbera d'Alba (Piedmont) The wine shows a deep ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of cherry, plum and black currant followed by aromas of blueberry, blackberry, violet, vanilla, tobacco, coffee, licorice, chocolate and menthol. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and pleasing roundness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, plum and black currant. Barbera d'Alba S. Stefanetto ages for 12 months in barrique followed by 12 months of aging in bottle.

Langhe (Piedmont) The wine shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of pear, apple and plum followed by aromas of peach, pineapple, banana and cut grass. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, pineapple and pear. This Langhe Bianco ages for 6 months in steel tanks followed by 6 months of aging in bottle.
