Salento (Apulia) The wine has a brilliant straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas of pineapple, broom, almond, mango, ripe apple, melon and pear. In mouth has good correspondence to the nose, agreeable and balanced. The finish is persistent with pleasing flavors of peach, melon and pear. This wine is produced in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12%

Crustaceans, Appetizers, Aperitif, Paste and risotto with fish

Salento (Apulia) The wine shows a brilliant deep rose color and nuances of deep rose, transparent. The nose denotes rich and intense aromas of fruit, very clean and pleasing, of banana, cherry, strawberry, kiwi, raspberry, peach and rose. In mouth has a pleasing crisp attack however balance with good correspondence to the nose, intense. The finish is persistent with clean and pleasing flavors of cherry, raspberry and strawberry.

Alcohol: 12%

Roasted fish, Fish soup, Appetizers, Pasta and risotto, White meat

Salento (Apulia) The wine has a beautiful and intense ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, little transparency. The nose starts with rich aromas of jams, clean, neat and of personality. There can be perceived good and intense aromas of black cherry, caramel, fig jam, blueberry jam, blackberry jam, plum jam, dried violet and vanilla. In mouth has good correspondence to the nose and a balanced attack, good body and intense flavors. The finish is persistent with pleasing flavors of plum jam and blueberry jam. Gelso del Moro Rosso is aged for 4 months in oak casks.

The nose reveals good personality with clean and intense aromas of cinchona, cherry, chocolate, black cherry jam, licorice, blueberry, blackberry, plum, dried violet and vanilla. In mouth denotes a slightly alcoholic attack however balanced by tannins, with intense flavors and good body. The finish is persistent with pleasing flavors of plum, blackberry and blueberry. This wine is aged in oak casks for 12 months.

Alcohol: 14%

Game, Roasted meat, Hard cheese, Braised meat

Salice Salentino (Apulia) The wine shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose reveals intense, elegant, clean and pleasing aromas of black cherry, blueberry, blackberry, hazelnut, plum, dog rose, enamel, dried violet and vanilla. In mouth is clearly perceivable an intense and agreeable flavor of blackberry, very persistent. Very balanced and tannins in an agreeable state already. The finish is persistent with clean and pleasing flavors of blackberry and hazelnut. A well made wine. This Salice Salentino is aged for 10 months in oak casks.

Alcohol: 13%

In mouth reveals good correspondence to the nose and a slightly tannic attack however balanced. Intense flavors and good body. The finish is persistent with pleasing flavors of plum jam and blackberry. This wine is aged for 8 months in casks.
