(Veneto) Duca di Dolle shows a brilliant amber yellow color and nuances of amber yellow, transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of dried fig, dried apricot and almond followed by aromas of candied fruits, date, acacia honey, quince jam, lavender, vanilla, citrus fruits peel and nail polish. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of date, dried apricot and candied fruits. Duca di Dolle was bottles in 2006 and it is made by assembling 14 different vintages, from 1991 to 2005.

Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco (Veneto) Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Vigneti del Fol shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, pear and wistaria followed by aromas of acacia, hawthorn, broom, peach and litchi. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, intense flavors, agreeable smoothness. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and litchi.

The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of pear, wistaria and pineapple followed by aromas of apple, peach, tangerine, broom, chamomile and hawthorn. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing sweetness. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and pineapple. Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze Dry ferments in closed tanks.
