Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco (Veneto) This Prosecco Brut shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of pear, peach and pineapple followed by aromas of wistaria, orange, broom and litchi. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and pineapple.

Alcohol: 12%

Aperitifs, Vegetables and crustaceans appetizers, Risotto with vegetables and fish, Dairy products

This sparkling wine ferments and ages for 6 months in pressurized vat.
