(Latium) Calanchi shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of pear, apple and pineapple followed by aromas of hazelnut, hawthorn, plum and hints of vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pineapple and hazelnut. A small part of this wine ages in barrique for 3 months.

Alcohol: 14%

Fried fish, Stewed fish, Roasted fish, Roasted white meat

Orvieto (Umbria) Orvieto Noe shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of pear, apple and broom followed by aromas of hawthorn and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of apple and pear. Orvieto Now ages in steel tanks for 3 months followed by one month of aging in bottle.

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and citrus fruits. Seiano Bianco ages for 3 months in steel tanks.

(Latium) Villa Tirrena shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of black cherry, black currant and plum followed by aromas of vanilla, violet, tobacco and carob. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry and plum. Villa Tirrena ages for 8 months in barrique followed by 4 months of aging in bottle.
