(Sardinia) Abbaia shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of cherry, raspberry and plum followed by aromas of strawberry, cyclamen and blueberry. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Cannonau di Sardegna (Sardinia) This Cannonau shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of black cherry, raspberry and plum followed by aromas of cyclamen, blueberry and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry and raspberry. Cannonau di Sardegna Tamara ages for few months in barrique.

(Sardinia) Galana shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of black cherry, plum and geranium followed by aromas of raspberry, violet, vanilla, tobacco, pink pepper, menthol and cinnamon. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and pleasing roundness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and raspberry. Galana ages for 13 months in cask followed by at least 10-15 months of aging in bottle.

Alcohol: 13%

Moscato di Sardegna (Sardinia) Moscato di Sardegna Vigne del Portale shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of grape, banana and pear followed by aromas of sage, broom and apple. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet, effervescent and sweet attack, however balanced by alcohol, light body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of grape, banana and pear. Moscato di Sardegna Vigne del Portale is produced with the Charmat method.

Alcohol: 9.5%

The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and pineapple. Vigne del Portale Brut is produced with the Charmat method.
