(Latium) This Cabernet Franc shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of black cherry, black currant and plum followed by aromas of blueberry, vanilla, violet, carob and bell pepper. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, black currant and plum. This Cabernet Franc ages for 12 months in cask.

Alcohol: 14%

Roasted meat, Broiled meat and barbecue, Stewed meat, Hard cheese

(Latium) Costa Marina shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of pear, apple and peach followed by aromas of hawthorn, broom and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of apple and plum. Costa Marina ages for 2 months in steel tanks.

The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of grape, peach and pear followed by aromas of nettle, elder, apple, pineapple and sage. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of grape, peach and pineapple. Moss ages for 4 months in steel tanks followed by one month of aging in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.5%
