(Sicily) A Nutturna shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, hazelnut and plum followed by aromas of toasted wood, pear, citrus fruits, grapefruit and mineral. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and citrus fruits. A Nutturna ferments in barrique and ages for about one year in cask.

Alcohol: 13%

Roasted fish, Roasted white meat, Stuffed pasta, Mushroom soups

(Sicily) Amuri di Fimmina e Amuri di Matri shows an intense onion skin pink color and nuances of onion skin pink, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of cherry, strawberry and raspberry followed by aromas of cyclamen, blueberry and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and strawberry. Amuri di Fimmina e Amuri di Matri ages in steel tanks.

The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of plum, black cherry and black currant followed by aromas of blueberry, violet, vanilla, mace, cocoa and eucalyptus. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, black currant and plum. Cappiddazzu Paga Tuttu ages for 12 months in barrique and for 12 months in steel tanks.
