Lambrusco di Sorbara (Emilia Romagna) Lambrusco di Sorbara Terre della Verdeta shows a deep cherry pink color and nuances of cherry pink, transparent, evident effervescence. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of cherry, raspberry and plum followed by aromas of strawberry, cyclamen and violet. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and slightly tannic attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of cherry and raspberry.
