(Umbria) Calicanto shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, peach and hawthorn followed by aromas of broom, citrus fruits, pineapple, pear, hazelnut and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, peach and pineapple. Calicanto ages for 6 months in steel tanks.

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, blackberry and black currant. Col Cimino ages for 12 months in cask followed by 18 months of aging in bottle.

The mouth has excellent correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is very persistent with long flavors of blackberry, plum and black cherry. Sagrantino di Montefalco Della Cima ages for 24 months in barrique followed by 36 months of aging in bottle.
