Brilliant ruby red and nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, black cherry and dried violet followed by aromas of blueberry, blackberry, tobacco, vanilla, carob and menthol.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, plum and blueberry.

24 months in cask, 6 months in bottle.


Alcohol: 14.5%

Broiled meat, Stewed meat with mushrooms, Stuffed pasta
