Intense ruby red and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of blackberry, cherry and blueberry followed by aromas of violet, plum, black currant and cyclamen. Effervescent and properly tannic attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. Persistent finish with flavors of blackberry, cherry and blueberry. Refermented in closed tank.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, plum and banana followed by aromas of acacia, hawthorn, bread crust, pear, pineapple and citrus fruits. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and banana. Aged in steel tanks.
