Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of banana, apple and pear followed by aromas of acacia, peach and honey.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, banana and pear.

12 months in steel tanks, 4 months in bottle.
