Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of black cherry, plum and dried violet followed by aromas of blackberry, vanilla, chocolate, tobacco and menthol.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, plum and blackberry.

12 months in barrique.

Alcohol: 14%

Pasta with meat, Roasted meat, Broiled meat and barbecue, Stewed meat with mushrooms

Suggested glass Bodied or Mature Red Wines 18 °C

Crisp and properly tannic attack which tends to make the wine unbalanced.

Pretty persistent finish with flavors of plum, black cherry and raspberry.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12%
