Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of black cherry, blackberry and raspberry followed by aromas of violet, plum, green bean, hay, blueberry, carob and menthol.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with hints of black cherry, blackberry and raspberry.

12 months in steel tanks.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, black cherry and raspberry followed by aromas of dried violet, green bean, black currant, hay, chocolate, licorice, vanilla and menthol.

Tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of plum, black cherry and raspberry.

Part of the grapes are dried, 24 months in cask, at least 12 months in bottle.
