Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of black currant, black cherry and plum followed by aromas of violet, blueberry, blackberry, face powder, tobacco, cocoa, licorice, leather, vanilla, mace and eucalyptus.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of black currant, black cherry and plum.

18 months in barrique and cask, 18 months in bottle.


Alcohol: 13.5%

Game, Roasted meat, Stewed and braised meat, Hard cheese
