Pale amber yellow and nuances of golden yellow, transparent. Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of apple, plum and medlar followed by aromas of hawthorn, broom and almond. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of plum, apple and almond. Aged in steel tanks.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of prune, blackberry jam and dried violet followed by aromas of black cherry jam, raspberry jam, chocolate, tobacco, leather, licorice, vanilla and menthol. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of prun, blackberry jam and black cherry jam. 8 months in cask.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of plum, blackberry and black cherry. 12 months in cask, 4 months in bottle.
