Intense ruby red and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of plum, blueberry and blackberry followed by aromas of violet, pomegranate, cyclamen, raspberry, black cherry, carob, tobacco, cinnamon, vanilla and menthol. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. Persistent finish with flavors of plum, blueberry and blackberry. 24 months in cask.

Pale greenish yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of peach, apple and tangerine followed by aromas of pear, jasmine, broom and sage. Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, light body, intense flavors, pleasing hint of sweetness. Persistent finish with flavors of peach, apple and tangerine. Produced with the Charmat method.

Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and grapefruit. Refermented in bottle on its lees for 30 months.
