(Apulia) The wine shows a soft ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals a pretty complex personality mainly oriented to jam aromas and dried flowers. The main characteristic is a pleasing and intense aroma of strawberry jam and black cherry jam followed by aromas of dried rose and dried geranium. The mouth denotes a pleasing and intense flavor of strawberry jam and a good correspondence to the nose. The wine is intense, tannins are clearly perceivable although well balanced by alcohol. The finish is persistent with firm flavors of strawberry jam. Negrino is produced in the best vintages only by allowing grapes to dry on the vine and if made by macerating skins at low temperature for 7-8 days.

(Apulia) The wine shows a beautiful deep straw yellow color, very transparent. The nose has a very rich and intense series of Muscat's typical aromas as well as aromas of apricot, banana, candies, fruit candy, litchi, marzipan and peach followed by nice hints of mint. The mouth has a distinct sweet flavor and a nice roundness, well balanced, it is intense with a good correspondence with the nose. The finish is persistent with evident and pleasing flavors of litchi, peach and grape as well as a little sweet flavor. The grapes used to make Pierale are allowed to dry in the vine and the must obtained is fermented at a low temperature.

The nose reveals an olfactory profile of ripe fruit, pretty personal, mainly oriented to fruit aromas such as blueberry and plum followed by wet feather and hints of toasted wood. The attack to the mouth is pretty alcoholic however well balanced by tannins, good correspondence to the nose and good body. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum. This wine is produced by long maceration of the skins followed by a 7-8 months of aging in cask.

Salento (Apulia) This wine was created in occasion of the 50th anniversary of the first release of Five Roses, the first rose wine bottled in Italy in 1943. The wine shows a beautiful deep pink color with nuances of soft pink. At the nose the wine reveals an olfactory profile mainly of fruit with intense aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry as well as a hint of rose and almond. In the mouth it is balanced and has good body as well as intense flavors. Alcohol is clearly perceivable and is balanced by the wine's crispness. The finish is persistent with pleasing flavors of strawberry and raspberry and hints of almonds. The wine is produced with maceration of skins for few hours and a temperature controlled fermentation.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Salento (Apulia) The wine shows a beautiful ruby red color with nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency. The nose is rich and intense, very clean and elegant. The main aromas that can be recognized in this wine are black cherry, plum jam, black-currant jam followed by aromas of wood, vanilla, leather, chocolate and toffee. The mouth has good elegance and personality with a good correspondence with the nose. Intense and full bodied, alcohol in good balance with tannins and with sapidity, this wine has a persistent finish with flavors of black cherry jam and plum jam. A good and well done wine. Il Lemos is aged in cask for about 18 months.

Salice Salentino (Apulia) The wine shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of black cherry and blackberry followed by aromas of blueberry, plum, violet, vanilla and hints of rubber. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry and blackberry. This Salice Salentino Reserve ages for 12 months in cask.

Alcohol: 13%

Salice Salentino (Apulia) This wine shows a ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes clean aromas with a good correspondence to the mouth. There can be perceived aromas of black cherry, chocolate, cherry jam, plum jam, raspberry, plum and black currant followed by hints of vanilla. In the mouth is intense and of good body, the attack is pretty tannic although well balanced by alcohol. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum jam and black cherry. The wine is produced by macerating skins for at least 1e days followed by 18-20 months of aging in barrique.

Alcohol: 14%

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum and black cherry. Donna Lisa Rosso Riserva ages for about 18 months in barrique.
