Colorless, limpid and crystalline.
Intense, clean and pleasing with aromas of violet, plum, black cherry and hazelnut, with perceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, perceptible sweetness.
Persistent finish with flavors of plum and black cherry.
Distilled in a steam batch distiller.
