(Sicily) The wine shows a deep straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals good and intense aromas, pleasing and refined, such as banana, apple, hazelnut, peach, citrus fruit peel, hawthorn and broom as well as vanilla and pleasing hints of anise. In mouth has good correspondence to the nose, round with intense flavors and balanced. The finish is persistent with pleasing flavors of peach, banana and apple. This wine is aged in bottle for 6 months.

Alcohol: 13%

Pasta and risotto with fish, Roasted fish, Fish soups, Sauteed white meat
