Alto Adige Bianco Passito Anthos shows a pale amber yellow color and
nuances of golden yellow, transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean,
pleasing, refined and elegant aromas that start with hints of raisin,
apricot and litchi followed by aromas of honey, date, pineapple, ripe
banana, peach jam, nail polish, dried fig, citrus fruit peel, almond,
yellow rose and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a
sweet and round attack, however well balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, agreeable crispness. The finish is very persistent with
long flavors of raisin, apricot and litchi. A well made wine. Alto Adige
Bianco Passito Anthos ages in barrique.
