The wine shows a light amber yellow and nuances of golden yellow, fine
perlage, pretty persistent. The nose reveals pleasing and intense aromas of
apricot jam, date, honey, cocoa butter, cooked pear and raisin. In mouth
has good correspondence to the nose, a smooth attack however balanced,
intense flavors and pleasing sweetness. The finish is persistent with
flavors of apricot jam, pear and date. This sparkling wine is produced with
the Charmat method.
