Soave Classico Monte Alto 2007
Soave (Veneto)
Garganega
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✧✭ |
Soave Classico Monte Alto shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances
of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean,
pleasing, refined and elegant aromas that start with hints of apple, plum
and almond followed by aromas of citrus fruits, pineapple, chamomile,
hawthorn, medlar, pear, vanilla and grapefruit. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with
flavors of apple, plum and almond. Soave Classico Monte Alto ages in
barrique for about 8 months. |
