This Franciacorta Brut Satèn shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of banana, apple and yeast followed by aromas of pear, acacia, hazelnut, plum, bread crust, praline and a hint of vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, hazelnut and apple. A part of the base wine ferments in barrique. This Franciacorta Brut Satèn referments in bottle for 36 months.
