This wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent, good effervescence and foam, fine and persistent
perlage. The nose reveals delicate, clean and pleasing aromas of yeast,
bread crust, hawthorn, apple, pear and lemon followed by a pleasing hint
of lavender. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and
effervescent attack however balanced, intense flavors and good body. The
finish is persistent with flavors of apple and pear. This Brut ages on its
lees for at least 24 months.
