Trento Talento Endrizzi Brut shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of banana, acacia and apple followed by aromas of bread crust, citrus fruits, pear, honey, yeast, hawthorn and hints of vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, apple and honey. Part of the base wine is fermented in barrique. Trento Talento Endrizzi Brut referments in bottle on its lees for about 5 years.
