(Veneto) The wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and elegant aromas that start with hints of pear, peach and broom followed by aromas of pineapple, hawthorn, litchi, grapefruit and a pleasing hint of vanilla. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and pleasingly round attack however well balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, pear and pineapple. Sorai ferments in barrique and ages for some months.

Alcohol: 14%

Pasta and risotto with mushrooms, Broiled fish, Fish soups, Sauteed white meat
