 Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent.
 Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of apple, plum and peach followed by aromas of pear, hawthorn, almond, citrus fruits, broom, anise, pineapple, honey, linden and mineral.
 Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.
 Very persistent finish with long flavors of apple, plum and almond.
 15 months in steel tanks, 4 months in bottle.

Un vino che è sempre una garanzia. Impressionante per la costanza, ogni vendemmia è sempre al top, a mio avviso fra i migliori vini bianchi d'Italia, la dimostrazione che un grande vino si può fare anche senza usare il legno.
Il Verdicchio del Podium si esprime a livelli straordinari, veramente come pochi ce ne sono in questo territorio dei Castelli di Jesi.
Il naso è come sempre impeccabile, complesso e ricco di profumi assolutamente netti e precisi, difficile trovarne uno che non sia al proprio posto.
All'assaggio conferma tutta la grandezza espressa al naso, con la tipica freschezza e il carattere robusto del Verdicchio che invogliano continuamente a godere di questo vino.
Il finale, nemmeno a dirlo, è magnificamente lungo, di persistenza notevole con la nota finale di mandorla amara che impreziosisce il sorso.
Altra nota di merito è il prezzo, decisamente ragionevole anche in considerazione di altri vini bianchi molto più costosi e che non arrivano certamente alle vette di questo Podium. Un grandissimo bianco!
