Barolo (Piedmont) The wine has a ruby red color with nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals aromas mainly oriented to fruit such as black cherry, blueberry, black currant followed by vanilla and licorice with pleasing hints of anise and sage. The mouth denotes a good body and alcohol, which is pretty evident and perceivable, is balanced with wine's sapidity and tannins. The finish is pretty persistent with pleasing flavors of black cherry.

Alcohol: 14%

Barolo (Piedmont) This Barolo shows a ruby red color with nuances of garnet red, pretty transparent. The olfactory evaluation reveals evident fruity aromas, clean and well defined of black cherry, cherry jam, black currant followed by licorice, vanilla, violet and a hint of truffle. In the mouth is intense with a firm alcoholic impact however well balanced by tannins as well as having good correspondence with the aromas perceived by the nose. Finish is persistent with evident flavors of black cherry.

Alcohol: 14%

Roasted meat, Game, Braised meat, Stewed meat, Hard cheese

Dolcetto d'Alba (Piedmont) The wine has a ruby red color and nuances of purple red, pretty transparent. The nose reveals fruity aromas of good intensity such as black cherry, raspberry and blueberry. The attack in the mouth is characterized by a good crispness which is well balanced by tannins and alcohol and it has a good correspondence with the aromas perceived in the nose. Wine's finish is pretty persistent with good flavors of black cherry as well as a pleasing crispness.

Alcohol: 12%
