Valpolicella (Veneto) This Amarone shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, little transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of blackberry, black cherry and plum followed by aromas of dried violet, blueberry, vanilla, licorice, tobacco, pink pepper, cocoa, cinnamon, mace and hints of leather and enamel. The mouth has excellent correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balance by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is very persistent with long flavors of blackberry, plum and black cherry. A very well made wine. This Amarone ages for 3 years in cask followed by at least 6 months of aging in bottle.

The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of plum, black cherry and dried violet followed by aromas of blackberry, tobacco, licorice, cocoa, vanilla and hints of leather. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with good flavors of plum, black cherry and blackberry. A well made wine. This Amarone ages for 24 months in cask followed by at least 4 months of aging in bottle.

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, good tannins, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of blackberry, black cherry and plum. A well made wine. Amarone Costasera ages for 24 months in cask followed by at least 4 months of aging in bottle.

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of blackberry, black cherry and plum. A well made wine. Brolo di Campofiorin is produced with the double fermentation system "Ripasso", part of the Corvina grape is dried for 15 days, ages for 36 months in cask followed by 6 months of aging in bottle.

Campofiorin is produced with double fermentation system "Ripasso", ages for 22 months in cask and at least 4 months in bottle.

The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, pear and plum followed by aromas of citrus fruits, pineapple, hawthorn, wistaria and peach. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and plum. The Verduzzo Friulano grape used for the production of Masianco is slightly dried and ages for 3 months in barrique. The wine ages for about 2 months in bottle.

The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and black currant. Passo Doble is produced with the double fermentation technique by adding slightly dried Corvina grapes. The wine ages for 10 months in barrique followed by at least 2 months of aging in bottle.
